The CVap® CHV7-05UV-ST Cook and Hold Oven Stacked Pair (shown with optional glass doors) packs a lot of capacity into a small footprint. We’ve taken one of our most popular models (the CHV7-05UV) and doubled it. This increases your capacity without sacrificing floor space It also gives you the flexibility to simultaneously create two unique cooking environments at once.

With a capacity of ten sheet pans, 20 half-sheet pans, or 20 hotel pans, these ovens are perfect for high-volume operators, and no vent hood is required! Bake in one while you braise in the other. CVap® Stage in the top oven while steaming in the bottom one. Like all CVap ovens, this pair is easy to use and automatically switches to hold mode once a cook cycle has been completed.


*Cabinet height is calculated with standard caster size. If 3″ caster is standard, subtract 2.48″ (63mm) for 1.5″ wheels, add 2.31 “(59mm) for 5″ casters, subtract .25″ (6mm) for 4″ legs, and add 1.63″ (41mm) for 6″ legs. If 5″ caster is standard, subtract 2.31″ (59mm) for 3″ casters, and subtract .69″ (18mm) for 6” legs.
