CVap Retherm Ovens are perfect for retherming frozen food. But they’re equally great scratch cooking, slacked products, veggies, starches, proteins – just about anything. The two ovens operate independently so that you can utilize two entirely different cooking environments at the same time.

If 5” caster is standard, subtract 2.31”(59mm) for 3” casters, and subtract .69”(18mm) for 6” legs.
