The CVap® RTV5-05UV-ST Stacked Pair Retherm Ovens (shown with optional glass doors) are powerful, and a great alternative to traditional combi ovens, without the high cost of repairs and maintenance. Their versatility rivals combi ovens, but the price tag doesn’t. CVap Retherm Ovens don’t have the budget-busting repairs or costly maintenance that come with combis. CVap Retherm Ovens are perfect for retherming frozen food. But they’re equally great scratch cooking, slacked products, veggies, starches, proteins – just about anything. The two ovens operate independently, so you can utilize two entirely different cooking environments at the same time.
CVap technology’s precision makes it ideal for proofing. Low, moist heat helps accelerate the rising process. CVap keeps the temperature low and stable, so the yeast can really get down to the business of rising, without temp fluctuations.
This stacked pair comes equipped with C-Touch Controls, USB HACCP Temp Download, Convection Fan, and Auto Water Fill. It has a capacity of 10 sheet pans, 20 half-sheet pans, or 20 hotel pans, making it perfect for schools, cafeterias, and other high-volume operations. It’s easy to use and automatically switches to hold mode after the retherm cycle has been completed. And no vent hood is required!
