Probe Cooking

Probe cooking is a powerful option available in CVap® Series 7 Retherm Ovens and Cook and Hold Ovens. CVap ovens are, by design, extremely accurate. Utilizing a probe enhances that precision and makes it easily documentable.

Why use a probe? It eliminates guesswork and simplifies the cooking process. Simply program the appropriate doneness temperature, and CVap’s food probe does the rest.
