Yes. We are control freaks. That was our message at NRA 2023. We admit to being a little freaky when it comes to controlling food quality. The NRA show gave us a great opportunity to highlight the freakish precision of CVap technology. The proof is in the pudding. Or should we say the proof is in the tortillas and chips?

After a three-year pandemic hiatus, we were thankful to be back at McCormick! Our updated booth design proved to be a hit. It was good to see so many old faces and make new friends.

The theme of our NRA 2019 booth was “Smart. Sleek. Serious Street Cred.” We wanted to emphasize the enhanced esthetics and functionality of our new CVap product line while reminding folks of the legacy of quality that we’ve built up on CVap products throughout the decades. We also sought to inform visitors in the booth of how staging in CVap ovens is a high-tech, user friendly version of sous vide.
…little did we know that this would be the last NRA show for a while.

NRA 2018 was the first NRA show to feature Winston’s upgraded CVap product line. We were also honored by the presence of Chef Dave Danielson and Tim Laird (authors of The Bourbon Country Cookbook). Both gentlemen chatted up guests while signing copies of their book.
