Rachel Wagner is the Customer Relations Manager and joined Winston in 2023. She has been in the foodservice industry for over ten years in operations/corporate restaurant support. Rachel has developed a strong understanding of operators’ challenges and desires to elevate the customer experience. She is passionate about creating a great customer experience that leads to long-lasting relationships with our partners. Rachel also enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two young daughters.
