CVap® Programmer

The CVap® Programmer lets you program Winston’s CVap equipment using downloadable XML files. Simply download and copy the .xml file onto a USB thumb drive, then upload it to your CVap unit.

You also have the option to transfer settings from your Android phone that can program the equipment using the CVap Programming App, available in the Google Play Store. The Android app is designed for Series 7 CVap Holding Cabinets, Retherm Ovens, and Cook and Hold Ovens.

NOTE: Uploading new presets will overwrite existing presets on the equipment. Consult your user manual for additional information.
