CVap® (Controlled Vapor Technology) rewrites the rules of food quality. What makes it different? Water vapor! All commercial kitchen equipment uses hot air to affect food. Some even use “humidity” to improve the amount of control they can claim. But only CVap technology uses heated water vapor to precisely control food temperature. Pair that with air heat to control texture, and you have an unbeatable combo (no, we didn’t say combi – we’re not nearly that expensive). Imagine having a menu of up to eight settings that can be easily loaded onto your CVap cabinet by simply bumping your Android device next to the NFC reader, or building your menu settings on your desktop and saving it to a USB. Load signature dishes for repeatedly consistent results, quick and easy. Save your LTO menu in one place so all of your cooks execute it the same way, shift after shift. Got a rotating daily or weekly menu for a cafeteria-style service? No problem – an entire week now fits onto a USB device or on your phone/tablet via a free and easy to use app.

The wireless app is available for CVap Series 7 models. The desktop app is available on CVap Series 7 and Series 5 models.
