LP56 Pressure Fryer

Winston’s Collectramatic® LP56 High-Efficiency Pressure Fryer features an 20-channel processor control and a patented cold zone to prevent cracklings from scorching and tainting your shortening. It allows up to 360 lbs. of chicken (or equivalent) to be cooked between filtrations. The LP56 has a 6-head capacity (or 18 lbs of food product) and holds 75 lbs of shortening.
